Refund policy

We strive to deliver high-quality, fresh products directly to your home. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, our return and refund policy has specific terms.

 

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  1. Perishable Items

    • No Returns for Perishable Goods: We cannot accept returns for perishable food products, including milk and produce.
    • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) to request a replacement or refund.
  2. Non-Perishable Items

    • Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    • Email us at leah@gathered-harvest.com within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items or within 30 days for eligible non-perishable items.
    • Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) to help us process your request quickly.
  2. Refund/Replacement Approval

    • If approved, we’ll provide instructions for next steps, such as issuing a refund, arranging a replacement, or resolving the issue.
  3. Non-Returnable Exceptions

    • Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives.
  • Contact Within 24 Hours: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email us immediately at leah@gathered-harvest.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges for perishable goods. If you are unsatisfied with a product due to damage or quality concerns, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a replacement.

 

Refunds

    • Refunds for approved issues will be processed back to your original payment method.
  2. Timeline

    • Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days of approval.
