Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Perishable Items
- No Returns for Perishable Goods: We cannot accept returns for perishable food products, including milk and produce.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) to request a replacement or refund.

Non-Perishable Items
- Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for perishable goods. If you are unsatisfied with a product due to damage or quality concerns, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a replacement.
